(Norway – Parking & Items)
1. Scope
These Terms apply to use of Swapown in Norway for:
- Parking spaces
- Items (Torget)
2. About Swapown
Swapown AS operates a digital marketplace.
Swapown is not a party to agreements between users.
3. Accounts
- Minimum age: 18
- Users are responsible for their accounts
- Information must be accurate
4. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Have the right to list parking or items
- Comply with Norwegian law
- Report rental income when applicable
5. Platform Protection 🔐
Intellectual Property
All rights belong to Swapown AS.
Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Provide false information
- List items without rights
- Use bots or scraping
- Reverse engineer the app
- Use the platform unlawfully
Platform Integrity
Swapown may suspend or restrict users.
6. User Agreements
All agreements are:
- Between users
- Not guaranteed by Swapown
7. Parking Terms
- Rental agreements between users
- Not subject to tenancy law
- Swaps = two agreements (0 NOK)
8. Items (Torget)
- Swap only
- “As is” condition
- No withdrawal rights
- Users responsible for descriptions
9. Personal Data in Agreements
Swapown:
- Does not collect or store personal identification numbers
- Only facilitates contract generation
Any personal numbers added by users:
- Are outside Swapown’s control
- Are the users’ responsibility
10. Availability
The app may be unavailable at times.
11. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for violations.
12. Liability
Swapown is not liable for:
- Disputes
- Losses
- Damages
13. Indemnification
Users indemnify Swapown against claims.
14. App Store
This agreement is between users and Swapown AS, not Apple.
15. Governing Law
Norwegian law applies.
16. Language
Norwegian version prevails.
